Please note that all orders placed through Japan Rabbit are final sale and non-refundable. While we will try our best to accommodate cancellation requests when possible, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation will be possible.

Order Cancellation Windows

  • When your order status is "OPEN": You can request to cancel your order directly through the website by clicking the "CANCEL" button in the top right corner of your order page.
  • When your order status is "PROCESSING": During this stage, our automated system and buying team begin working on your order. While cancellation is usually not possible during this stage, you may contact customer support immediately to check if cancellation is still an option.
  • When your order is "PURCHASED": Once we have successfully bought items from Japanese sellers on your behalf, we cannot cancel or refund your order due to the no-return policies of Japanese stores.
  • Important Notes About Processing Stage

  • The "PROCESSING" status means our buying system has started working on your order, but does not guarantee the item has been purchased yet.
  • During processing, multiple attempts may be made to secure your item, including both automated and manual buying processes.
  • If you need to cancel during the processing stage, please contact our customer support team immediately, though please understand cancellation may not be possible.

Pre-order Items

  • Pre-order items follow stricter cancellation policies as we must commit to Japanese sellers in advance.
  • Once a pre-order is in "PROCESSING" status, cancellation is very unlikely as we typically have to pre-pay the Japanese store
  • Pre-orders are final sale and non-refundable
  • Please be certain about pre-order purchases before confirming your order
