Yes, we can contact sellers after receiving an order from you.
When submitting your order, please include your question or request in the “Item Description” field.
Examples:
Confirming size or color
Asking about an item's condition
Verifying product details
Setting buying conditions before purchase

If the Seller’s Reply Doesn’t Work for You
If the seller cannot meet your conditions, we can cancel the order, and no funds will be deducted. You won’t be charged unless you agree to proceed.
⚠️ Important Note
If you don’t leave a question or comment in the item description field when placing your order, our purchasing bot will automatically purchase the item without asking the seller any questions. So please make sure to leave your question or condition clearly in the item description field when submitting your order.
What We Cannot Ask Sellers
To protect our buyer accounts, we cannot contact sellers to:
Re-list removed or expired items
Ask if they have more stock available
Modify listings (add/remove items, combine listings, split bundles)
We can only purchase items as currently listed, and we cannot assist with inquiries about items that are no longer available for purchase.
