How to forward your JapanRabbit package to your Blackship mailbox.

If you are using both JapanRabbit and Blackship, you can seamlessly forward packages from JapanRabbit to your Blackship mailbox for free. Since both services share the same facility, this process is simple and efficient when done correctly.

Please note: Do NOT manually ship your JapanRabbit package to your Blackship address via the JapanRabbit system. This will incur unnecessary shipping fees.

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Wait for the Package to Arrive at the JapanRabbit Warehouse

Once your items are received at the JapanRabbit warehouse, they will appear in your Packages > Received section.

2. Start the Migration Process

Click into the package you want to transfer. You will see a button labeled "MOVE TO BLACKSHIP" at the top of the package view. Click this button to initiate the migration.

3. Enter Your Blackship Mailbox Details

You will be asked to provide:

  • Your Blackship Mailbox ID (e.g., K200001)

  • Your Account Verification PIN (found under the "Addresses" section in the Blackship app)

Confirm the checkbox acknowledging that the action is irreversible, then click "CONFIRM" to submit the migration request.

4. Warehouse Processing

Once submitted, your package status will change to "In Transfer to Blackship". Our warehouse staff will then process your request and the package will be received in your Blackship mailbox automatically.
