May I forward my Japan Rabbit package to my Blackship mailbox?
Yes! Since we share facilities with our sister company, you can transfer products bought through Japan Rabbit to your Blackship mailbox for free.
How to migrate:
Once the package has arrived at our warehouse, please fill out this form to migrate your package to Blackship: Request to move a package to Blackship
When placing an order in Japan Rabbit use your normal address (home country or final destination address) for the shipping address and NOT the Blackship address.
DO NOT ship package in the Japan Rabbit system to the Blackship address as you will be charged for it.
