Can I return an item?

No, we are unable to process any returns, refunds, or exchanges due to the unique nature of custom-ordered items.

If there is an issue with your order, however, we may make exceptions at our discretion. Please contact our customer care team with your inquiry to see if an item is eligible to be returned to the seller.

Note that in any case, the shipping fee to our fulfillment center and back to the customer, as well as our WRE Service Fee, Shopping Expenses, and Per Item Fee are all non-refundable and are borne by the buyer. 

If you have received an item that is different than the one you actually ordered, please contact us and we can help to arrange a return with the seller (if necessary) and purchase the correct item.
