Login and Email Issues
If you are having trouble logging into your account or haven't received a verification email, please try the following steps. Most issues can be fixed quickly by adjusting a few settings on your end.
Can't Log In?
If the login page is not loading or you cannot click the "Verify" button:
Switch Your Browser or Device: Sometimes, specific settings or "ad-blocker" extensions can stop the login page from working. Try using a different browser or try logging in from a different device.
Clear Browsing Data: Go to your browser settings and clear your "Cache" and "Cookies" to start a fresh session.
Check Privacy Settings: If your browser is set to block all pop-ups, our security check might not appear. Ensure you allow pop-ups for our website so the verification window can open.
Not Receiving Our Emails?
If you are waiting for a login code or an update and don't see it:
Look in Every Folder: Check your Spam, Junk, and Promotions folders. Sometimes, valid emails are filtered there by mistake.
Add Us to Your Contacts: To ensure our emails reach you, add help@japanrabbit.com to your address book or "Safe Senders" list.
Verify Your Email Spelling: Double-check that there wasn't a small typo in the email address entered.
