Can you ship to Okinawa?

Yes, we do ship to Okinawa!

However, because our system cannot automatically process domestic shipments to Okinawa, we need to arrange these shipments manually.

1. Once your package appears in your "Ready to Ship" tab, simply email us with your package number and the full address you'd like it shipped to.

2. We'll calculate the shipping cost and let you know the amount due before proceeding.

3. Once payment is confirmed, we'll arrange the shipment and provide tracking details as soon as they're available.

Use any address other than Okinawa when placing your order, ideally a Japanese one.

No Japanese address? Add a note in the item preferences field stating the item will ship to Okinawa, so your order isn't canceled due to shipping restrictions.
