Do you offer DDP shipping?
At this time, we do not offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping.
This means that once your package leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for customs-related processes or additional charges that may occur during delivery.
What we cannot do under DDP shipping
Because we do not provide DDP service, we are unable to:
Pay import duties, taxes, or tariffs on your behalf
Contact customs offices directly
Handle customs clearance procedures
Cover any additional fees requested by your country’s customs authorities
All customs charges and import requirements are the responsibility of the recipient.
What happens after the package is shipped?
Once the shipping carrier has collected your package, it is handled entirely through their delivery network. If an issue occurs during transit (such as delays, customs holds, or delivery problems), we may be able to assist by contacting the carrier in limited circumstances, but our ability to intervene is not guaranteed.
