How to download package invoice?

You can download an invoice for your shipment directly from your account once your package has been shipped.

1. Go to Packages > Shipped tab

2. Go to the package you want to view, click on View details, and open the shipment details

3. Click Download Invoice under Shipment Info

All shipments are declared using the actual purchase value of the items.

If you attempt to edit the customs value during checkout:

• You will see a warning message explaining that the invoice reflects the real item value

• You will also see a confirmation notice before completing your shipment

This is to ensure:

• Accurate documentation

• Compliance with shipping and customs regulations
