Can I directly pick up my items from your office?

Yes, we offer in-person pickup at our warehouse by appointment only. All pickups must be scheduled during checkout. We no longer schedule pickups by email.

1. When submitting your shipping request, select “Pick Up from Japan Rabbit” as your shipping method.

2. Use the built-in scheduling tool to select your preferred date and time.

3. Availability: Only the slots shown in the scheduler are available. If a date/time is missing, it is fully booked or unavailable; we cannot manually add extra slots.

Please keep the following requirements in mind to avoid any issues with your booking:

• Advance Booking: Pickups must be scheduled at least 2 business days in advance. We cannot accommodate same-day or next-day requests.

• Booking Window: You can schedule a pickup up to 20 days in advance. If your desired date is further out, please wait until it appears in the window.

• Capacity: Some dates may be blocked once we reach our daily handling limit.

Note: Our pickup desk is closed for staff breaks between 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM (Weekdays) and 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM (Saturdays). Please plan your arrival accordingly.

• Who can pick up: You may collect the package yourself or designate a friend during checkout.

• ID Check: The person picking up must present a valid photo ID that matches the name provided in the booking.

If you need to change your appointment, please contact us. Note that the new date must still be available in our system and must adhere to the 2-business-day preparation rule.
