Where can I find my tracking number?
All orders made through JapanRabbit are shipped via a registered, trackable shipping method. Tracking numbers for your shipments will be mailed to you as well as stored in the Shipments section of your account.
Please note: Small Packet Airmail does not include tracking. If you select this shipping method, a tracking number will not be available, and Japan Post cannot investigate lost or delayed shipments.
To our American customers
Once your package arrives in the USA, we recommend using the USPS website to track your package. It usually is more accurate than Japan Post website once USPS handles your package.
To our Canadian customers
Canada Post does not update tracking events for international packages once they arrive in Canada.
To our Mexican customers
Correos de Mexico (Sepomex) is the company that will be handling your package upon arrival in Mexico. It is frequent for them not to update tracking pages.
