Can you use my shopping account or create one for me?

We cannot make purchases using a customer's existing shopping account, even if the account owner gives us permission to do so.

We also cannot create a new shopping account on your behalf or transfer an account to you afterward. Account registration often requires personal information, phone verification, payment details, or agreement to the store's terms, so accounts must be created and managed by the individual account holder.

If an item can be purchased without using a personal account, you can submit the product link through Japan Rabbit, and we'll check whether we can buy it for you.
