How long does it take to reply to an email?

We strive to reply to all emails and contact by customers within 1-2 business days (not counting weekends and public holidays).

If you have not heard from us in 72 hours, please send a follow-up message in case your original email did not make it to us!

Live Chat Service

We also periodically offer live chat service during our business hours. 

If this service is available, in the lower right corner of your dashboard, you can click on the purple Chat With Us button to send us an instant message. If Live Chat is not available, the purple button will change into Contact Us which allows you to send us an email.
