Stores We Can’t Purchase From (Proxy Shopping Restrictions)

Edited

Unfortunately, some online stores in Japan do not accept purchases made through proxy shopping services. In other cases, certain shops require a membership that we are unable to obtain or use on behalf of customers.

Below is a list of some stores that have denied proxy purchases so far (this list may change over time):

  • Bandai

  • Toranoana

  • Otsuka Lotec

  • Costco

  • Casio

  • Yodobashi Camera

  • Muji

  • Iron Heart

  • and others

Stores with Special Exceptions

Some stores may allow proxy purchases only under specific conditions. For example:

  • Surugaya — purchases are currently only possible through their main branch, while other branches may not accept proxy orders.

Purchase Limits and Store Rules

Even when proxy purchases are allowed, some stores may limit the number of items that can be purchased per account or per order. For example:

  • Only one item per customer/account

  • Limited quantities allowed for certain products

  • Restrictions on high-demand or limited-edition releases

These rules are set by the store, and we must follow them when placing orders.
