Can you help retrieve a personal item lost in Japan?

Unfortunately, we cannot assist with retrieving personal items that were lost or forgotten in Japan (e.g., hotels, Airbnbs, airports, stores, restaurants, or other third-party locations).
We are also unable to arrange shipping for personal belongings, even if the item is delivered to our warehouse.
Why can’t we help
Japan Rabbit is a proxy shopping service. This means we can only assist with purchases made from start to finish using a direct purchasing link.
If there is no direct purchase link, we are unable to help.
Alternative option: Blackship
If the location where you lost the item can arrange a domestic delivery, we recommend checking our sister company Blackship (Blackship.com), as they may be able to assist in some cases.
