When we cannot help
We are unable to purchase tickets that require:
Identity verification: ID checks at the venue or a specific buyer’s name printed on the ticket.
Account linking: Tickets tied to a personal phone number or private account.
App-only entry: Digital tickets that stay locked within a specific app and cannot be transferred.
