Can I cancel a service task request?
Yes, you can cancel eligible service task requests, such as Split Package, Photo Request, and Abandon Package, directly from the package page without contacting Customer Support.
How to cancel a service task
Go to the Packages → Requests tab.
Locate the package and click View Details.
Under the Pending Requests section, click Cancel Request.
Confirm that you would like to cancel the request.
Once canceled, the package will return to its previous status, and no further action will be taken on that service request.
What should I do if I can't see the Cancel Request button?
If the Cancel Request button is no longer available, it means your service task request has already entered processing and is currently being worked on by our warehouse team.
If you would still like to cancel the request, please contact Customer Support. We will review the request status and determine whether cancellation is still possible.
Please note that some service tasks may no longer be eligible for cancellation once processing has begun.
