What Is 3DS Verification and Why Do I Need to Complete It?
To keep your account and payments secure, Japan Rabbit uses 3D Secure (3DS) verification to confirm you're the authorized cardholder. This is a standard bank/card network check (e.g. Visa Secure, Mastercard Identity Check), not something unique to Japan Rabbit.
Why Am I Being Asked to Complete 3DS?
You may see a 3DS prompt when adding a new card, checking out for the first time, or placing certain orders. Until it's completed, the checkout button may not appear and your order can't proceed.
How to Complete It
Click the 3DS verification link/button shown on screen.
You'll be redirected to your bank's verification page.
Follow your bank's steps (e.g. entering an OTP, approving in your banking app).
Once verified, you'll return to Japan Rabbit and can continue checkout.
Please note, Japan Rabbit cannot complete 3DS verification on your behalf, this step must be done directly with your bank.
