Can Japan Rabbit help with magazine mail-order applications?
Yes! Some magazines in Japan include a mail-order application - for example a serial number, application postcard, or order form - that lets you apply for an exclusive item once the magazine arrives. Japan Rabbit can handle this mail order process on your behalf.
How it works
Order the magazine as normal. Place your order for the magazine through the Japan Rabbit cart just like any other item by entering the item link.
Let us know when it arrives. Once the magazine has been received at our warehouse, contact our support team to request the mail-order service for that item.
Request a photo of the application page. Please request a photo of the magazine's mail-order/application page through the package so we know exactly what information needs to be filled in and submitted.
We handle the application. Our team will take it from there and submit the application on your behalf.
Is there a fee for this service?
Yes, a mail-order fee applies to this service. The fee amount depends on the specific order and application, so it isn't a fixed rate. You'll be charged once our team processes the mail-order application after your item arrives at our warehouse.

This service is only available once the magazine has physically arrived at our warehouse - we're not able to process the application in advance.
