How long does it take to reply to an email?

We strive to reply to all emails and contact by customers within 1-2 business days (not counting weekends and public holidays).

Please note:

  • Our customer support team is closed on weekends and Japanese national holidays

  • Response times may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, or high-volume periods
