On average, Priority Purchasing orders are processed 4.7 times faster.
Our Buyers give your order the highest priority within our operating hours window (10 AM to 7 PM JST).
Reduces the risk of an item being sold out due to low stock or unavailable due unique marketplace listings.
Limitations:
Priority Purchasing operates only within our business hours.
It doesn't guarantee immediate action outside these hours.
While we prioritize your order, processing times can vary due to factors like seller communication, payment processing, or item availability.
How To Use:
Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
Choose 'Enable Priority Purchasing' below your shipping details.
Please note:
Service Difference: Priority Purchasing and Priority Processing are different services. To speed up package preparation once your items arrive at our warehouse, please learn about our priority processing service here.
Adding Priority to Existing Orders: We are unable to add Priority Purchasing to an order that has already been placed. To proceed with Priority, please cancel the current OPEN order and place a new one, selecting the Priority Purchasing option during checkout. If your order status is already Processing, feel free to contact us.
