Can you buy from a site that requires a paid subscription?

We can only accept requests for a one-time payment membership fee if you're willing to cover the sign up fee.
Otherwise, we are unable to sign up for any service that requires recurring payments.
Please note that we cannot sign up for and then cancel a membership that requires recurring payments.
