Can you use my shopping account or create one for me?

We're unable to make purchases using a customer's existing shopping account, even if the account owner gives us permission to do so. This applies to all platforms and stores.

We're also unable to create a new shopping account on your behalf or transfer one to you afterward. Account registration typically requires personal information, phone verification, payment details, or agreement to the store's terms, so accounts must be created and managed by the individual account holder.

If the item can be purchased without logging into a personal account, simply submit the product link through Japan Rabbit and we'll check whether we can buy it for you!
