What happens if you can't buy my item?

If we are unable to purchase your item, we will return the funds you provided to your virtual Wallet and update you with the reason for the cancelation.
In some special cases such as ticket lotteries, a non-refundable fee might apply but this is always discussed upfront with you (if required) before we accept your order.
