How do you handle packing?

Once your item arrives at our fulfillment center and has been checked by our team, you’ll receive an email notification. After inspection is completed, the item will appear in your Packages tab.

Your Packages tab has 5 sections that show the current status of your items:

Waiting

Items in the Waiting tab have not yet arrived at our warehouse.

This usually means:

  • The seller has not shipped the item yet

  • The item is currently in transit to our fulfillment center

  • We are waiting to receive and process the package

Once the item arrives and is inspected by our team, it will move to the Received tab.


Received

Items in the Received tab are here at our fulfillment center and available to pack. Here, you can select one or more items to have prepared for shipment as well as choose other packing customization add-ons such as Fragile Tape or Extra Padding.

Items can only be packed together one time. Please be careful while packing multiple items together while waiting on the arrival of others. Once your selected items have been packed, you won't be able to add more items when it's "Ready-To-Ship".


Requests

Items in the Requests tab are currently being processed by our warehouse team.

This includes requests such as:

  • Consolidation

  • Packing

  • Package splitting

  • Photo

  • Split

  • Abandon

Once consolidation and packing requests are completed, the package will move to the Ready-To-Ship tab.


Ready-To-Ship

Packages in the Ready-To-Ship tab have finished packing and are ready to be shipped internationally.

At this stage, you can:

  • Select your shipping address

  • Choose a shipping method

  • Pay for shipping

If you would like to reorganize the items in your package and would like its contents re-separated, you can also arrange for a Package Split at this stage. Splitting a package will cost a fee ($10.00 per each new package). You can also choose to Abandon a package if you no longer wish to receive it. Please note that you wouldn't receive a refund if you choose to Abandon any package.


Shipped

After shipping payment is completed, your package will move to the Shipped tab.
From here, you'll see the status (ex, "Shipping Soon" or "Shipped") as the package is staged in our fulfillment center and then picked up by the carrier you selected. Tracking information will also be available here as soon as it's available.

Sometimes the shipping carrier will take some time to log a new tracking number in their system. If the tracking page doesn't exist when you check your given number, please allow the tracking number to process with the carrier for a business day.
