Terms of Service

1. Nature of the Transaction Japan Rabbit acts as an independent retailer and seller of goods. When you use our service, you are not hiring us strictly as a shipping agent or proxy; rather, you are engaging Japan Rabbit to procure, purchase, and resell Japanese merchandise to you. We act as the Merchant of Record for your purchase.

2. Order Commitment and Purchase Process By submitting an order and authorizing payment through the Japan Rabbit platform, you are entering into a binding agreement to purchase the specified goods from Japan Rabbit. The process is as follows:

• Your Commitment: You select items and commit to the order on our platform.

• Acquisition: Upon your commitment, Japan Rabbit purchases the selected items from the third-party Japanese supplier. At this stage, Japan Rabbit takes full legal title and ownership of the items.

• Resale to Customer: Once we have acquired the items, Japan Rabbit sells the items to you. Title and ownership of the goods transfer from Japan Rabbit to you upon our dispatch of the shipment from our warehouse.

3. Pricing and Fees The total price you pay includes the cost of the goods as sold to you by Japan Rabbit, along with applicable service fees and international shipping costs. You acknowledge that the price we charge may include a margin over the original acquisition cost to cover our procurement and handling services.
