What stores can you buy from?

Nearly any online shop, auction site, or marketplace in Japan, and most physical shops in Central Tokyo.

We can purchase from almost any online store, and we also offer in-store pickup in the Tokyo and Yokohama areas for items unavailable online (when this service is available).

We can also handle auction sites like Yahoo Auctions, and flea market sites such as Mercari, PayPay Fleamarket, and Fril.

We ask our customers not to contact sellers on their own, as it limits our ability to purchase an item if a seller prohibits proxy-buying services or if Mercari notices our proxy-buying activity. We will not be buying from listings where you've contacted the seller yourself.

If you are unsure whether a specific shop allows proxy purchases or has special restrictions, you can contact our support team before placing an order.

Alternatively, you can simply add the direct product link to your cart. Our system will typically display an automated message indicating whether we can purchase from that store. If an unsupported store link is used, please rest assured that our purchasing team will cancel the order, and you will not be charged.
