How does your team handle my order and packages?
1. Order Confirmation
Once all items in your order have been purchased, it will move to the Completed tab of the Japan Rabbit Order panel.
At this stage, we are waiting for the seller to ship your items to our fulfillment center.
2. Package Arrival and Inspection
Your order may arrive in one or multiple packages, depending on how the seller ships the items. Upon their arrival, our dedicated team will carefully process each package and inspect the items for damage in accordance with our inspection policy.
Verified packages will appear under the Received Packages tab.
3. Managing Your Packages
You can manage your packages in the Packages section of your account, and click any package to view its contents, status, and available actions.

4. Consolidation and Packing Requests
You can select all the packages you would like to combine for shipment from your Received packages tab. You can also request packing for single packages.
You'll be able to select a variety of additional service options (ex, taking a photo, extra padding, discreet packaging)

5. Final Preparation for Shipping
We'll prepare your package for shipment; it'll be carefully sealed, and we'll take its final measurements.
6. Shipping and Tracking
Once your package is ready, you can select your shipping address, choose a shipping method, and complete shipping payment
After shipment, tracking information will be added to your account and email to you.
Your package status will then appear in the Shipped tab.
