How long does it take to order my item?

We process most orders within 1 business day. During peak demand periods, processing may take 2 to 3 business days or occasionally longer depending on our order volume.

We usually capture payment for your order within 24-48 hours of submitting the request, excluding weekends and national holidays. Once we capture the payment and the status of your order has changed to Processing, our buyer will purchase your item(s) shortly after.

Japan Rabbit is not an automated service, so if you're in a rush, we recommend adding Priority Purchasing at checkout. This add-on prioritizes your order over non-priority ones, making it ideal for securing time-sensitive items before they sell out.
