What does the 'status' of my order mean?

Edited

You can view all of your current orders on your order page to see their status. Below is a breakdown of each status and what it means for your order.

Open

Your order has been received and our buyers will begin purchasing your items as soon as possible. You can still cancel or edit your order while it's in this status.

Processing

We have confirmed the price and stock of your items and are in the process of purchasing them. An order may also remain in this status if we're waiting for a response from the seller or from you. Processing times vary, see here.

Payment Due

We attempted to capture payment from your saved payment method but were unsuccessful. Please contact your bank to approve the payment, or update your payment method on your account. Need help? Check here.

Pending Adjustment

We've made an adjustment to your order and are waiting for you to authorize the new cost before we proceed. This is why we recommend setting your pre-approved payment amount slightly higher than the listed price, so small adjustments can be processed without delay. See how pre-approved payments work.

Completed

We have purchased your order! At this stage, we're waiting for the seller to ship them to our warehouse. Delivery times vary by store, as seen here.

Canceled

Your order was canceled. If payment was captured, all funds have been returned to your Japan Rabbit Wallet and you can withdraw them to your original payment method at any time. Here's how.

If payment was never captured, no charge was made and the pending authorization will be voided by your bank automatically, typically within one billing cycle.

What happens after my order is completed?

Once your items arrive at our warehouse, they'll appear under the Received Packages tab. For shipping status, you check the Shipped Packages tab.
