Can you order an item at a specific date and time?
Yes, we can try to purchase items at a specific release time. The best way to ensure our team is ready is to place your order as soon as possible and include the item's release date and time in the item description (size, color) field of your cart submission for our buyers to see.
During office hours
We try our best to order high-demand items quickly after their order period opens. Whether we can assist depends on what day and time the item releases. There is no extra fee for this.
If the item releases during our office hours (10 AM to 7 PM JST, Monday to Friday), our buyers will attempt to purchase it as soon as it becomes available.
Outside office hours
If the item releases outside of office hours (evenings, weekends, or Japanese national holidays), we can still try to order it as soon as it becomes available. Please note there is a $20 fee for this outside-of-hours service. You can add this amount to your cart's pre-approved allowance field during checkout.
If the item sells out before we can purchase it
This is very common for popular items. We'll refund your order to your Japan Rabbit Wallet in full, except for the outside-of-hours fee (if applicable). You can withdraw funds to your original payment method from there.
Weekend and holiday availability
Our buying staff has limited availability on weekends and holidays, but orders are still accepted and processed. If you place your order far enough in advance, it can be assigned to a buyer scheduled to work during that time.
Please note that customer support and shipping are unavailable outside of Japanese business days, but orders themselves are still accepted and processed.
